Delicious Chicken Salad
Such surprising flavor contrasts. You may want to save a little out, hiding it for your lunch tomorrow!
3 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, and diced
Red delicious apples, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (use a brand, such as Schilling, that contains no salt)
1 tablespoon honey
1 dash vinegar

Combine all the ingredients and chill. Serve as a salad or tucked into pita bread pockets, which you can then cut into wedges.
